Melvin Cottage is a semi-detached single storey bungalow in an outstanding location overlooking the sea and bay at Low Newton. The property offers a superb base from which to explore this beautiful stretch of the Heritage Coastline with wonderful coastal walks and bird watching on the doorstep, as well as plenty of opportunities for other outdoor activities such as golf, riding and watersports. The property is simply furnished in a Scandinavian style with wooden floors throughout.

ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground) Living/dining room open plan with open fire, flat screen Smart TV and dining table and chairs. Kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, tiled floor, sea view across fields and a door to the garden. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, and basin. Separate WC and basin.

OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed back garden with table and chairs and wonderful view over Low Newton bay and the front garden provides good shelter in windy conditions. Night storage heating. All power, and bed linen included in rent.
