The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and king-size serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a rear, enclosed garden with patio, lawn and hot tub and communal access to on-site children's play area, outdoor heated pool and dog exercise area.

Within less than 2 miles there is a shop and 1 mile a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
