Warren Farm, such a favourite and always welcoming! The farmhouse has a wonderful, relaxing feel with timeless rooms, beautifully furnished, great art and a lovely location, all you need are friends and family. As if that wasn't enough to tempt you, the cottage is also an easy stroll to the beach, a beachcombers dream. Almost your own bit of private beach with plenty of sand at low tide.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, double oven, two dishwashers, larder fridge, freezer and microwave and a small breakfast table. The utility room has a washer/dryer, separate sink and a large fridge/freezer. The dining room has a lovely farmhouse table, Welsh dresser and open fire.

On top of this there is a IPod docking station, CD player and plenty of toys to play with. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all with views of mountains or sea. There are two double rooms with king size beds, one with ensuite and there are two twin rooms.
Three bathrooms including a bathroom with bath, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. A shower room with wash hand basin and loo. The ensuite is a wet room with shower, wash hand basin and loo.
There is also a cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin. The farmhouse is surrounded by large spacious gardens in a tranquil setting with glorious views for miles and peace and quiet, ideal for dogs! You will be in a great location for exploring North Wales by car or by foot. The house is located close to the Wales Coastal Path and its many wonderful walks, but it also has the Lon Las Menai cycle path close by.
It's also in a great location whether you want to explore Anglesey, the Llyn Peninsula or Snowdonia - you'll be spoilt for choice of things to see and do! Some of our highlights are Zip World in Bethesda and the Welsh Highland Railway. The lovely, historic town of Caernarfon is close by with its castle, plenty of great places to eat and drink, as well as an events venue. Idyllic holiday
Our second time staying at Warren Farm and it just confirmed the reason why we returned. We just love this place.. the cottage is stunning and has everything you need and more. It is just welcoming and has such a homely feeling. Tastefully decorated and in such stunning surroundings. The beaches are Amazing and we had perfect weather which just added to our wonderful week. Views are breathtaking and if you want to escape it all, you couldn't get better. The small airport is nearby and it's great watching the planes but doesn't create a noise issue. We were disappointed in fact this year that we didn't see more aircraft. Can't express how happy this place makes me as it's created so many precious memories of time spent with my family... especially at this crazy time. We have 3 dogs and I have to say they loved it too!
