Within less than 4 miles you will find a shop, and within less than 1 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Partridge Place is an exceptional base for a wonderful retreat in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

3rd time and already cannot wait to return!
My 3rd time at lelley barns and my second time staying in partridge place and it will not be my last. It is just as immaculate now as it was then. the interior and decor is stunning, it feels expensive . everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny.
The place has everything you need for your stay throughout. The beds are more than comfortable and again it's pure luxury. It's somewhere i could easily live!
Quiet stunning location and the pub down the road is a must visit at least once.
We stayed on a couples weekend for my partners birthday ans when the rest of the party returned home, my sister brought over my son to stay the night and we had the most chilled out day and night. The living area is comfy with the tele having access to everything and a few dips in the hot tub under the stars made it special.
I already cannot wait to book to return.
