The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove and Smart TV with DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a double, and a bunk room, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear, enclosed patio with furniture, roadside parking, and a free public car park nearby.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and stairgate available.

You'll find a shop and pub in 200 yards and the beach in 2 miles. Foxbear is a charming base for an escape to Devon. Note: There is a step to the exterior.
