Located five miles away from Ilfracombe the cottage is situated on a 20 acre farm and is 1 of 5 holiday properties on the site. Guests can meet a variety of farm animals (many of which are rescue animals) such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys rabbits chickens guinea pigs and ducks. There is a chance for children to enjoy nature in a farm setting thanks to the toddler friendly area with pond dipping and animal handling.

The popular seaside town of Ilfracombe is only five miles away and has many shops pubs and restaurants for visitors to discover. Surfers and sunseekers can visit the beaches at Woolacombe Ilfracombe and Saunton whilst the rugged beauty of Exmoor is a must for hikers. The cottage is accessed via the courtyard.

Located on the first floor the lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan with a TV DVD Freeview video Hi-Fi and a woodburner. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a shower over bath and WC.

There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC plus three twin bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Outside an external staircase leads to a private garden with patio furniture.

Disposable BBQ s can be purchased on site. Guests have shared use of on-site library that is stocked with books children s toys and videos. There is also a children s outside play area.

One free taster craft session for all new guests is available outside of school holidays. Craft sessions are available at an additional charge for ages 13 plus including stained glass bottle craft and glass painting. For children of all ages craft sessions can be tailored to needs.

Guests have access to a shared indoor play barn equipped with pool table table tennis and other games. There is also a shared riverside picnic area and guests can take farm walks.
