This beautiful cottage is 1 of 5 holiday properties located on a 20 acre working farm. Guests can meet many different farm animals such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys guinea pigs rabbits and chickens. Children can enjoy the toddler friendly play area with animal handling and pond-dipping.

For shopping and supplies take a quick car journey to Ilfracombe and its many pubs shops and restaurants. The beaches at Saunton Sands and Woolacombe are a popular choice for families surfers and sun worshippers whilst keen hikers can explore the wilds of nearby Exmoor. The property is mainly laid out on one floor featuring an open-plan high-ceiling lounge/kitchen/diner with a feature window.

The lounge area has a TV DVD Freeview video player Hi-Fi and a wood burner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine whilst the dining area has a table and seating for six people. The wet room is equipped with WC.

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC. A staircase from the living area leads up to a galleried double bedroom with privacy provided by beautiful full length drapes. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and lovely farmland views.

Disposable BBQs can be bought on site. There is an on-site library filled with books children s toys and videos which guests are welcome to use. Craft sessions for children aged 13 upwards are available including bottle craft stained glass and glass painting.

One free taster craft session for all new guests is available outside of school holidays. Craft sessions can be tailored to needs for young children. Guests can use the indoor play barn equipped with pool table and table tennis and other games.

A shared riverside picnic area is also available.
