1 of 5 holiday properties situated on a working farm there are a variety of farm animals such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys rabbits and chickens that guests can meet. Children can enjoy all the fun of the farm at the toddler friendly play area with animal handling and pond-dipping. Ilfracombe is a short car journey away and has many pubs shops and restaurants plus the beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton are popular with sunbathers and surfers alike.

Exmoor and its beautiful landscapes are well worth a visit if you are an enthusiastic hiker. The property is laid out on one floor and has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner; the lounge area has a TV Freeview DVD player video player Hi-Fi and is heated by a wood burner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area is fitted out with an electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine.

The dining area has seating for four people. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. There is one large double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds.

You can also find an on-site shared library within the grounds. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture. Disposable BBQ s can be purchased on site.

Guests have use of the on-site library that is stocked with books children s toys and videos. One free taster craft session for all new guests is available outside of school holidays. Craft sessions for children aged 13 plus are available including stained glass bottle craft and glass painting.

For younger children craft sessions can be adjusted to needs. There is shared access to an indoor games barn equipped with pool table and table tennis. A shared riverside picnic area is also available.
