The popular sailing town of Instow is just 5 minutes away by car and boasts a range of small shops restaurants and pubs and a mini-supermarket. Wander along the promenade to enjoy a locally-made Hockings ice cream head to the dunes for fantastic walks or take to the water with a choice of watersports and boat trips.

Other popular nearby attractions include Westward Ho! The Big Sheep and Appledore. Inside the property is comfortable and cosy and has been carefully decorated to complement its character. The kitchen/diner is spacious and bright and has been decorated in a typical farmhouse style.

The kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob fridge with freezer compartment and microwave while the table is large enough to entertain. At the end of a long day on foot the lounge offers a warm and inviting space to relax and unwind. With exposed beams above and an electric effect wood burner set against an exposed stone wall this charming room also boasts a TV/DVD.

Also on the ground floor there is a charming king-size bedroom with an additional single bed perfect for couples with a young child. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts an impressive four-poster double bed exposed beams above and painted stonework all around. A modern shower room with WC is located on the first floor with a separate WC downstairs.

Outside the large shared gardens feature furniture and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals while younger guests will enjoy feeding the resident chickens.
