Wonderful
The cottage is on a working farm and you can watch the cows coming out of the milking shed out of a large window that offers beautiful views over the Lune Valley. You don't enter the farm to get to the cottage but via a gated tarmac road that leads to it. The cottage is spacious and well finished ,comfortable but the upstairs bedroom is not suitable for older children. It is only about 3 miles from the lovely town of Kirkby Lonsdale which has a good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Also it only an hour from the Lake District and a exerlant location for visiting the western side of North Yorkshire. To sum up my wife and I agree we would both go back again without any hesitation.

The owners were lovely and friendly. The surroundings were beautiful and the location was fantastic. The cottage itself was comfy and relaxing and had more than any other we had stayed in. Highly recommend.
