Dixons Court in Ambleside, Cumbria sleeps twelve guests in five bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a second-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove and a sauna. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, a third-floor king-size with kitchenette, sofa and en-suite bathroom, a second-floor double with basin and a family room with king-size and a bunk, along with a shower room, a second-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front balcony with furniture, as well as parking in nearby car park.

Within 200 yards you will find a petrol station shop and a pub and within less than 1 miles, a lake and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
