Kempton is a lovely semi-detached upside down cottage situated in the town of Bowness-on-Windermere just five miles from Ambleside. The cottage can sleep six people and has two king-size double bedrooms and one double bedroom all en-suite and on the ground floor. Also in the cottage is a first floor kitchen, dining room and sitting area with a Juliet balcony.
Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Kempton is a delightful cottage with stunning views over the lakes. Property requires a good housekeeping bond of £150.

Fabulous Stay
Booked this fabulous Guest House, part of Sandown / Kempton building. Excellent facilities, top floor great rooms, kitchen well equipped, lovely dining room and spacious lounge with wide screen TV. Good Wi Fi, and pleasure to meet Georgie the owner. Fabulous for families and dogs (my setter loved it). Cannot recommend enough. Stephen

Amazing stay!!
My family and I plus our Golden Retriever had a superb christmas at the Kemptons! The house is fully equipped! Everything works well! Everything is within reach. The host is adorable and communicative! They left us a wine and a card plus a fully decorated house which was lovely! The organisation is excellent and professional from A to Z. The surroundings are amazing! We especially enjoyed a stroll around Windermere, Coniston, Buttermere etc! We are hoping to be back during summer!

Perfect, home from home accommodations
Amazing accommodation, all you need for a home from home feeling. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious for all 5 adults that stayed. Ideally placed for local amenities, restaurants, pubs and access to the lake.

Perfect accommodation within an excellent location
First class accommodation, clean perfect in every way. Excellent location, amazing views and set between loads of lovely shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to book Kempton again.

Great location
Booked this cottage back in July for a Christmas break for myself, wife, mother and German Shepherd. On arrival we had been left a box of chocolates, bottle of wine, litre of milk and Christmas card, a lovely gesture. There is parking for three cars, is just a 2 minute walk in to Bowness, so close to bars, restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of information available in the cottage, games, a boogy box, nice TV, wifi at 40MB download, fully functional kitchen, 3bedrooms, 1 with bath and walk in shower, the other 2 with a shower. Very clean, perfect for days out and we all had a fantastic Christmas.
